I just figured out how to add a poll to the blog! Look in the column to the left and you'll find 2 poll questions. Click on your desired choice. I don't think you'll have the option to identify yourself, it just keeps track of the number of votes. But if you want to let us know what your opinion is, then post a comment and leave your name with it.
